Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2026 : Eligibility

Store Keeper Grade II :-

Educational Qualification: 12th pass from recognized Board or University.
Experience: One year’s experience in handling stores from any recognized firm or Central or State Govt organization or Public Sector Undertakings
Age Limit : 18-25 years.

Engine Driver :-

Educational Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent and
Certificate of competency as Engine Driver from re-cognized Government. institute or equivalent.
Experience: Desirable: Two years service as Sarang on a vessel of over four hundred Boat Horse power.
Age Limit : 18- 30 years.

Lascar :-

Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass or its equivalent recognized boards.
Experience: Three years experience in service on Boat.
Age Limit : 18-30 years.

Civilian Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade) :-

Educational Qualification: 10th standard pass.
Must possess valid driving license for both heavy and light motor vehicles.
Knowledge of motor mechanism (should be able to remove minor defects in
vehicles).
Experience: Should have at least two years experience in driving motor vehicles
Age Limit : 18-27 years.

MTS (Peon) :-

Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent pass.
Experience: Two years experience as office attendant.
Age Limit : 18-27 years.

MTS (Chowkidar) :

Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent pass.
Experience: Two years experience as Chowkidar in any recognized institution or organization.
Age Limit : 18-27 years.
